O for Organic was created in 2015 with our product launching in June 2016 after we obtained organic certification.
We are sisters with 20 years’ experience in the organic and biodynamic meat industry, working in a family run business. During this time, we have built strong connections with the organic community, including farmers and stockists.
The idea came about when we were unable to find a certified organic bone broth - the options were either free range or contained some organic ingredients, but the products were not certified organic. We also saw an increased demand from shoppers sourcing organic bones to make broth. We developed our own recipe and started to sell the product to select stockists in Melbourne. The business has grown from there.
Our aim is to offer customers a certified organic and convenient alternative to making bone broth from scratch, which can take up to 24 hours. Our recipe celebrates bone broth in its simplest form without any vegetables, salt or spices. We have specifically developed the recipe so that our broth is also suitable for customers with allergies.
We have a passion for quality Australian organic products and we hope to deliver this to our customers.
